    We are a not-for-profit Aboriginal Corporation consisting of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members with expertise in delivering mental health awareness, social & emotional wellbeing, and suicide prevention & intervention education programs.


    Our mission is to conduct social-emotional wellbeing and mental health education & awareness workshops to elevate the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people who are afflicted with mental health concerns or at risk of being afflicted with mental health concerns across Australia.

    We aim to conduct our education and awareness workshops in a culturally-relevant and holistic manner in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities nationwide, addressing not only the mental and emotional but also the social, spiritual and cultural aspects of a person’s life to bring about overall balance, harmony and healing to support general wellbeing, in accordance.........


Mental health awareness education for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people


We deliver social-emotional well being and mental health awareness programs in the form of unique, education and training workshops that our expert members have designed in order to improve mental health literacy and mental health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons. The workshops can be delivered in remote, rural and urban communities.

Our workshops are individually tailor-made for each community taking into account the age, gender, language group, literacy level and needs, in ongoing collaboration with the community. They are conducted in a relaxed or semi-formal manner depending on the specific target community or cohort.
